The short version: paddles and gear ship from our shop in Oceanside, California. Salt Wear apparel is printed to order and arrives in its own package. Training plans are digital — nothing ships at all, it is emailed.

Every paddle, steering blade, and bag ships from Oceanside, CA as a tracked shipment. Right now we ship within the United States — all 50 states, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Every order of $450 or more ships free.
When Your Order Leaves
- In-stock Vipers — on hand in Oceanside and out the door within about 2 weeks.
- Custom builds — hand-built by Viper in Tahiti with the current batch, then shipped to you when they land. Plan on roughly 2.5–4 months from batch close. Full detail on the How Custom Orders Work page.
- Crew orders — you approve a proof first, the paddles build with the batch, and the whole order ships together to your club.
Salt Wear Apparel
Apparel is printed to order by our print partner — allow about 2 weeks for printing plus transit. It ships separately from paddles, with its own tracking number.
Apparel ships anywhere in the US on the same tiers: $6 under $50, $16 from $50, $29 from $100 — and free at $450 and up.
If your cart mixes paddles and apparel, checkout combines the two shipments’ rates — and the boxes may arrive on different days.

Paddles currently ship within the US only. Outside the States? Talk to us — tell us where you paddle and we’ll see what we can work out.
Tracking & Questions
You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Paddle boxes are long — if your building or porch has delivery quirks, leave a note at checkout.
